Netcampus, a financial learning solutions provider contracted by the USAID TradeHub to develop digital education products for export-focused firms, last week began assessing the needs of small to medium enterprises (SMEs), capital providers, and transaction advisors in the USAID TradeHub’s seven priority countries. The interviews are being conducted with assistance from USAID TradeHub Country Representatives. The forthcoming educational products will offer interactive solutions for SMEs to build their financial literacy and increase their chances of accessing capital. Netcampus is working to better understand the target SMEs’ level of financial literacy and business acumen, their preferred medium for learning, language barriers, and any cultural nuances that could help inform the solution.
